Job Description:

The main responsibility of the Account Manager is to ensure timely execution of all client projects. The Account Manager will work closely with all internal team members to manage the process flow and to ensure the client’s needs are met correctly and on time. He/she will develop and maintain key relationships with prospective and current customers.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main day-to-day contact for all Parqa clients
  • Utilize the martech stack (Google Adword/Analytics, automation tools) to review clients’ web traffic, and help pitch new strategies and report on progress
  • Manage kick-offs for campaigns with clients utilizing various digital marketing efforts
  • Work with internal and external teams to find ways to optimize success for clients based on their marketing needs
  • Facilitate all communication with clients, pull key metrics, and report back on status of campaigns
  • Allocate budget and present proposals to clients
  • Understand Parqa’s value proposition and additional services that could be provided

Required Skills & Experience: 

  • BA/BS Degree
  • 2-3 years of experience in an Account Manager role or similar
  • 1 year of sales experience

  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in an efficient and timely manner
  • Must be agile, open-minded, motivated, collaborative and team oriented
  • Must be detail-oriented and possess strong organizational, task, project management and communications skills
  • Must be highly customer service minded and able to juggle multiple priorities
