Job Description

Our client is a startup consumer-facing app backed by a Fortune 500 company. They’re targeting a writing-focused, technical marketer to lead their customer engagement strategy and execution. This individual will need to have technical marketing and writing experience to be successful. They are launching their new customer centric app in which this role will have a large influence over the content and app experience.


Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive engagement with the app
  • Influential control over app experience and content
  • Set KPI’s for organization’s marketing department with mixed analytics
  • Create and execute marketing campaigns that includes push messaging
  • Build email workflows while testing and analyzing the success
  • Be hands on in the tools and give strategic advice for best practices
  • Channel exploration and testing

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5 years’ experience with copywriting and channel knowledge
  • Technical and strategic with marketing initiatives
  • Process building skills paired with writing abilities
  • It’s necessary to have email and push notification experience
  • 3+ years automation experience that’s backed by proven track record
