Job Description

This HR Coordinator will provide day-to-day HR and general office administrative support in a professional services environment, working heavily in Microsoft Office programs and Bullhorn ATS. The HR Coordinator will work with the Versique team on a wide variety of HR and sales support functions, including new hire onboarding, benefits, HRIS database administration and data entry, front desk support, reporting and more.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update Bullhorn HRIS/ATS
  • Assist with day-to-day office administration and HR functions
  • Oversee new hire and consultant onboarding
  • Support managers in selection and interviewing process
  • Provide administrative support for general office needs, HR processes, data entry and reporting
  • Contribute to employee benefits orientation and support
  • Serve as administrative resource and sales support lead for shared company services
  • Maintain HR and employee files

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years human resource and/or administrative support experience
  • Minimum high school diploma or Associate’s degree required
  • Ability to manage and prioritize competing priorities from multiple internal stakeholders
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision
  • Highly professional
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
  • Strong service-minded mentality and demeanor
  • Positive and upbeat personality
  • Heads down, steady worker

  • Highly organized individual with a process improvement and client service mindset
  • Experience with Bullhorn or other ATS/HRIS programs
  • Proven ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment supporting multiple leaders at once
