Job Description

Parqa is hiring an Outbound Sales Associate to join our rapidly growing digital marketing agency.  The agency has experienced over 100% growth over the last two years.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Work directly with client via telephone, and email to describe products and/or services in order to persuade potential and current customers to purchase new products and/or services
  • Educates customers on product offerings and services and explains pricing and answers questions from customers building value in the customer relationship.
  • Identifies customer issues and provides appropriate solutions via up sell of additional products and or services and obtains customer commitment and facilitates delivery of product.
  • Consistently meets activity goals from sales activities while maintaining an engaged potential customer
  • Maintain satisfaction and contact with existing clients to make sure they are satisfied and request referrals

Required Skills & Experience

  • BA/BS Degree
  • 1-3 years’ experience
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills; ability to make a connection with a diverse array of customers over the phone.
  • Prior experience in a consumer-facing role, preferably high-end sales.
  • A commitment to represent the brand with integrity at all times.
  • Able to adapt and grow in a changing, fast-paced work environment.
  • Genuine desire to grow and learn, as well as contribute positively to a team-oriented work environment.
  • Highly organized individual with desire to continuously improve processes
  • Ability to think proactively and manage multiple projects
