The Campus Recruiter will play a key role in managing a high-volume internship hiring process, working closely with senior leaders and the campus recruiting team to engage, evaluate, and close top student talent. This hybrid, full-time contract role will start around early August and run through November, with the possibility of extension to year-end.

Worksite Location: Hybrid – onsite a few days per week at their Golden Valley location, with flexibility to taper down to 1-2 days/week once ramped up.

Salary Range: Hourly Rate between $30-$35, DOE

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage a high-volume internship recruitment process, holding multiple requisitions simultaneously
Partner with hiring leaders and the campus team to determine needs and recommend top candidates for offers
Guide candidates through the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and positive experience
Close candidates on internship opportunities, contributing to the success of one of the company's signature programs
Support large-scale onsite and virtual campus events kicking off in early September
Collaborate closely with senior leaders to ensure alignment and meet intern hiring goals

Required Skills & Experience:

2-3 years of high-volume recruiting experience; campus recruiting a strong plus
Strong candidate closing skills, especially with student or intern populations
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple competing priorities
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Experience with applicant tracking systems; familiarity with Yellow and Oracle preferred
