Chris Dardis Participates in Club Entrepreneur Panel, “Recruiting for Business Growth”

by Versique

Chris Dardis, Versique’s Vice President of HR Executive Search and Consulting, recently participated in a panel discussion titled, “Recruiting for Business Growth.” The event was hosted by Club Entrepreneur on June 15 at the University Club of St. Paul.

The panel discussion was driven by audience questions about their organization’s hiring challenges. Panelists offered strategies for enhancing hiring efforts, including how to attract potential hires and hiring best practices. Additionally, the panel focused on how a company’s brand, culture, and candidate experience affect hiring success.

“Effective hiring is a central component to business growth because, in today’s market, candidates often have multiple opportunities,” said Chris. “This was a great opportunity for HR professionals and business owners to learn directly from industry experts how they can attract new hires, enhance their hiring process, and grow their organizations.”

In addition to Chris, panel members included HR industry experts Kristin Dean (VP of Human Resources at Deleget), Renee Frey (Founder and President of TalentQ), Doug Dekker (Talent Acquisition Consultant at Salo), and Stephanie Propp (Senior HR Generalist at Bigos Management, Inc.)
