Project 1: Organizational Redesign PM

Versique deployed an Organizational Redesign PM consultant to serve as migration lead for a large local company, as it relocated transactional activities from North America to Central America. She was responsible for overseeing the project governance, timeline, milestones, and gate review processes.
Furthermore, she partnered with functional and center leads to provide process integration expertise. She held the team accountable to deliverables, identified project risks, and ensured a robust change plan. She even developed internal and external communication platforms to support appropriate timelines, stakeholder analysis, and change-impact analysis.
Project 2: Business & Technology Change Process PM
This Versique consultant led the change approach for a large technology-improvement project and was awarded “Best Company Project Execution.” She achieved this by analyzing the organizational and project risks with full transparency, to ensure key milestones were being executed.
She led change management initiatives through the ADKAR model, establishing timelines from current state to future state with manageable and sustainable milestones. The project required strategic measurement planning, creative stakeholder alignment, and impact-assessment analysis.
Project 3: Leadership Sponsored Enterprise PM
Our Versique consultant efficiently organized three work streams (process, technology and people) for a Fortune 20 Company, in order to create and deliver a consistent, scalable global compensation process, using Success Factors. She was responsible for creating and delivering a detailed execution plan, managing the budget, preparing for formal approval steps with Leadership, ensuring change management issues were addressed, and leading the team through the project.
She worked with the executive team to ensure alignment with vision and help create an effective cascading message throughout the Business Units. She worked with 3rd party consulting teams to ensure consistency across all 5 competing change efforts and collaborated closely with the Finance team to report significant savings across all five work streams.
