Project 1: Talent Acquisition Leader / Manager
We placed one of our talent acquisition managers at a large organization in the service industry, where she created and implemented a talent acquisition strategy, cultivated and promoted the company’s employment brand, and assisted in overseeing the company’s talent management processes.
The strategy included branding and recruitment solutions, as well as designing, implementing, and training on a new applicant tracking system (ATS). Our consultant also assisted the client boosting recruiting productivity, sourcing top talent, and streamlining the entire talent acquisition processes.
Project 2: Contract Recruiter
One of our consultants has an impressive background of successfully in-filling roles that range from entry-level to executive-level—within all functional areas of an organization. This consultant has grown entire departments throughout his career—both in corporate and agency environments. In one instance, he tripled the size of the organization in a single calendar year, as the sole staff recruiter!
