Michelle is the Managing Director of Client Partnerships for Finance & Accounting Interim Solutions. Michelle has more than 25 years in Finance & Accounting, including working as a CPA in public accounting and various leadership roles. Most recently she worked as a client partner at a data & analytics firm in the Twin Cities for 10 years, where she partnered closely with Finance and Accounting executives on performance management, analytics, and automation initiatives.
She leverages her experience as a practitioner to get curious and understand her clients business. This combined with her ability to foster long term relationships helps to ensure the best fit for matching both clients and consultants.
Michelle has worked with a wide variety of industries throughout her career. Her knowledgeable focus allows her to clearly understand her clients’ hiring needs as she strives to exceed expectations with each placement. Her functional expertise enables her to fill key interim roles in accounting, finance, treasury and tax.
