Job DescriptionOur client is a global market leader in their industry and has an immediate need for top tier sales talent to help grow the market share in an evolving and growing industry.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Create strong relationships with high volume channel partners within the targeted business markets
- Prospect for potential new business as well as maintain relationships with existing accounts
- Preparation of customer proposals and staying with the process resulting in closing the business
- Conduct training presentations for customers
- Cultivate and service customer relationships to ensure current and future sales
- Represent organization at industry events and trade shows
- Report sales forecasting and activities back to upper management
- Travel extensively by airplane and car (50% or more)
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years of industrial sales experience
- 3+ years selling through indirect sales channels
- High level of technical aptitude
- 4-year degree required (Technical and advanced degree preferred)
- Background in solution and value-add sales
- Basic computer knowledge (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
