Roles and Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing account base
- Achieve a high level of retention on an annual basis
- Work collaboratively with the business development team to ensure high level of customer satisfaction
- Intrinsically motivated to grow business organically
Required Skills and Experience:
- Technical background with the ability to understand mechanical concepts
- 5+ years of selling or account management experience
- Experience selling a service
- 3+ years of working in the HVAC industry
- Located in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area
- No relocation assistance available
