Job Description

Job Summary

Our client is seeking a Head of Content to be the voice of their brand. This role is responsible for the creation, delivery and distribution of content experience across various stages of the B2B buyer’s journey. This role will be accountable for building brand awareness and developing the educational material necessary to position them as a leader in the industry. This is a small company who needs someone who can dig-in and build/create the content strategy and execution from scratch.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Create, deliver and distribute multimedia content across various stages of the B2B buyer’s journey
  • Work alongside the Demand Generation, Creative, Product Marketing and PR teams
  • Artfully tell stories that communicate our unique position to create powerful connections with potential customers
  • Elevate and develop editorial and video content that is signature to the attitude and personality of the company
  • Develop a differentiated editorial strategy and calendar that connects us to our customers

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5+ years of Fintech experience a must
  • Proven track record delivering content, content marketing and sales enablement material for B2B brands
  • Experience creating, launching and/or revamping content to tell a new story to new audiences
  • High bar of creative excellence
  • Experience directing content experiences for a variety of digital marketing channels (social and video experience a HUGE plus)
  • Exceptional written, verbal and/or editor skills
