Branch Sales Manager (ID:46090)

This exciting role will develop new deposit and loan business; provide a superior customer experience, and promote a sales and service culture through coaching, guidance, and staff motivation. Achieve individual and banking center sales goals through new business development, referrals, retention, and expansion of account relationships.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily branch operations and supervise staff to ensure key objectives are met.
  • Ensure the branch is appropriately staffed and scheduled every day to meet customer service expectations and sales and operational objectives.
  • Partner with the director of retail banking to establish sales, service, operations, and financial goals.
  • Create an action plan to achieve branch goals.
  • Initiate new business opportunities for the bank by developing new prospects and networking events.
  • Provide timely coaching on performance issues, regulatory and compliance issues, and ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and coach universal bankers.
  • Manage new hire onboarding, ensuring all universal bankers are engaged and are being developed.
  • Actively participate in community organizations and activities
  • Other duties as assigned


Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum three years of retail banking experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Ability to Multitask and have excellent time management skills
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • College degree preferred
