Job Description

Our global client is looking for a Compensation Analyst to join their team for a 6+ month engagement. For this contract, our client is open to someone working part-time or full-time depending on their qualifications and availability. This Compensation Analyst will be helping to refresh their current compensation structure and conducting the annual review of compensation programs.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage, assess and implement compensation programs such as salary structure review, job evaluations and incentive designs
  • Create, evaluate and implement a system for assessing competitiveness of compensation plans on a global scale
  • Assist with annual bonus program administration, analysis, reporting and communication
  • Keep current on all relevant federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations to ensure full compliance
  • Assist with forecasting and budget analysis for stock awards tracking
  • In coordination with the Finance department, administer all equity incentive plans – including communication, eligibility, and documentation
  • Lead compensation projects and pilots as needed
  • Create expert analysis and modeling as needed for program designs, business-specific benchmarking and pay range creation, and impact analysis


Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related degree required
  • 5+ years of experience in compensation required, international compensation experience preferred
  • Demonstrated strong mathematical aptitude and analysis skills
  • Hands-on in-depth experience managing compensation program implementation and roll out
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Results-based self-starter with proven ability to work independently and as a strong team player
  • Broad and in-depth understanding of compensation theory, techniques, and practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with strong problem solving, organization, and presentation skills
  • Ability to deal effectively and timely with all employees and external business contacts
  • Strong knowledge of applicable regulations and legislation (e.g. DOL, FLSA, EEO)
  • Highly motivated, self-directed, and results driven
  • Able to maintain complete confidentiality and discretion in business relationships and exercise sound business judgment
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple priorities in a fast paced, rapidly changing work environment
