Content Manager

Helping global enterprise, SMB, and Fortune 500 companies dramatically increase their conversions, they are looking for a leader to create and execute a scalable content strategy to drive engagement, brand, and demand generation.

Our client is looking for a Content Manager to expand its growth and brand penetration across the B2B marketing ecosystem. Working with the Director of Demand Generation, you will lead content strategy and execution for varying content types including email, web, digital, video, and other formats while partnering with product marketing on product launches and releases. They’re looking for a passionate storyteller who has an eye for detail and intuitively knows how to engage with B2B audiences. This role is for big picture thinkers who want a career versus a job and are not afraid to roll up their sleeves and #GSD!
 

Roles & Responsibilities:

Strategy

  • Lead content strategy to create awareness, engagement, and marketing pipeline
  • Establish and maintain scalable processes to deliver effective content across all channels
  • Manage agency partners and freelancers as necessary for content execution

Content

  • Develop and execute content strategy across marketing channels (web, blog, landing, organic search, social media, email, and sales enablement materials).
  • Communicate value proposition aligned with customer needs and conversion pathways
  • Establish consistent, compelling, and distinguished voice for our content
  • Develop style guide to ensure voice consistency across all communication channels
  • Develop and repurpose content for paid media and organic social formats to drive awareness
  • Produce short-form content to capture attention of B2B marketing-focused audience

 

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3 - 5+ years of B2B marketing experience and 2 years writing content for Martech/Adtech
  • Strategic thinker with analytical skills to make data driven content decisions
  • Tactical, hands-on experience with holistic content creation and management process
  • Exceptional written, verbal and presentation communication skills for multiple audiences
  • Experience managing complex projects, deadlines, and several projects simultaneously
  • Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, deadline driven, and results focused in fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
