Roles and responsibilities:

Budgeting
Cash flow forecasting
Monthly and annual financial statements
Year-end CAM reconciliation
Quarterly investor distributions
Tax compliance
Other duties as necessary

Required Skills & Experience:

Accounting degree, CPA preferred
Minimum 3 years experience
Real estate industry industry experience preferred
Partnership accounting and tax experience preferred
Professional communication with 3rd party relationships
