We are looking for a goal-oriented, data-driven Demand Generation Leader to join our client’s marketing team. In this role, you’ll lead a team responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing demand generation, ABM, nurturing, customer referral, and paid programs.
This position will report directly to the VP of Marketing and will have 2 direct reports.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, development, and execution of demand-generating (top of funnel) and deal-accelerating (mid-bottom funnel) campaigns and ABM programs
- Develop a thorough understanding of audience segments and needs at different stages throughout the buyer’s journey
- Design funnel KPIs and implement analytics, track and report on metrics, and make recommendations for ongoing improvements
- Oversee the budget and track spending to understand and improve customer acquisition costs
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5-8+ years of experience in B2B demand generation experience
- Track record of building both successful demand generation and ABM programs
- Proficiency with B2B marketing technology such as Hubspot, LinkedIn, Google Ads
- Experience tracking full-funnel marketing metrics, A/B testing, and campaign analysis
- Adept at analyzing campaign data to determine program effectiveness
- Knowledge of payments industry is a plus
- Experience in a B2B2C business model is a plus
