We are looking for a Director of Finance & Accounting with over 10 years of experience to oversee and manage the financial health of our client's organization and its subsidiaries. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic financial leadership, optimizing financial processes, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations across all business entities within the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Financial Strategy: Develop and execute the company's financial strategy in alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

2. Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate financial statements, reports, and forecasts to senior management, the Board of Directors, and external stakeholders.

3. Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis efforts to support informed decision-making and strategic planning.

4. Risk Management: Implement and oversee risk management policies and procedures to safeguard company assets and investments.

5. Multi-Entity Management: Manage and oversee financial operations for multiple business entities, ensuring compliance, consistency, and efficiency.

6. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and reporting requirements.

7. Team Leadership: Manage and develop a high-performing finance and accounting team, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

8. Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow and liquidity to support operational needs and investment opportunities.

9. Financial Systems: Evaluate and implement financial systems and tools to streamline processes and improve reporting accuracy.

10. Audit & Taxation: Coordinate and manage external audits, tax planning, and reporting activities.

11. Financial Relationships: Maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and other external financial partners.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with a proven track record of leadership in managing multiple business entities.
• Thorough understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and compliance requirements.
