Director of Demand Generation

Job Description

 

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Own all online marketing initiatives and demand generation campaigns across multiple channels
  • Build account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and programs to build pipeline
  • Track metrics throughout the marketing funnel and provide recommendations based on conversion data and analysis
  • Manage the marketing automation and CRM platforms (Hubspot, Salesforce, Intercom)
  • Oversee the database and list segmentation, nurture streams and campaigns to deliver insightful messaging and increase engagement
  • Partner with Sales and Product Marketing teams to ensure effective and consistent messaging
  • Create dashboards and reports to measure and analyze marketing campaign performance

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 6+ yrs. experience in high-tech B2B demand generation, enterprise focused preferred
  • Account-based marketing (ABM) experience necessary
  • Analytical mindset, data and metrics driven yet very personable and collaborative
  • Significant experience using Hubspot and leveraging marketing automation technology
  • Proven ability to create and execute successful integrated marketing campaigns
  • Proficient Salesforce user
  • Superb written, verbal communication and presentation skills
