Work with the Global Head of E-commerce to develop a trading strategy & calendar which ensures commercial objectives are delivered for the region. Create an optimised localised experience as well as executing the weekly trade plan and campaigns. Manage an eCommerce assistant and represent the local team & needs in global initiatives.

- Develop a local trading strategy that delivers online growth in line with business objectives and budgets.
- Effectively communicate the strategy to the global & local team and ensure content and campaigns meet the needs of the local & global strategy.
- In line with the trading calendar, action regular updates to the website to provide customers with relevant content and a reason to return to the site on a regular basis.
- Work collaboratively to improve processes and communication flows across the wider team.
- Ensure digital marketing team are fully briefed on commercial priorities working with them to maximise traffic driving opportunities.
- Optimise on site merchandising including navigation, product hierarchies, product pages, landing pages, search results and the customer journey to maximise sales.
- Be the point of contact for any local market initiatives.
- Produce weekly trade reports and work with Global Head of eCommerce to adjust strategies and activities as needed to reach sales targets. Preparing ad hoc analysis as required.
- Manage day-to-day workload and long-term development of trading assistant.
- Work with operational teams to ensure customers receive the best possible experience shopping with the DTC website. Propose and where required action any changes required to improve customer experience.
