The Director of Finance and Accounting will play a critical role in the financial management and strategic planning efforts of Client and its subsidiaries. Reporting directly to the President and CEO, this position will be responsible for overseeing all fiscal functions, enhancing financial reporting methodologies, and optimizing treasury management strategies. The Director will collaborate closely with senior management, the Board of Directors, and other stakeholders to ensure the organization's financial health and facilitate informed decision-making.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Strategic planning, goal setting and initiatives.
  • Financial management and budgeting.
  • Fiscal function and treasury management.
  • Employee Stock Ownership Plan management.

Required Skills and Experience:
  • 4-year college degree in Finance, Accounting or related field, CPA preferred
  • Minimum 10 years finance and accounting experience
  • Management experience with growing organizations, preferred
  • Keen analytical abilities and highly-developed problem-solving skills to support and enable sound decision making
  • Able to work, actively contribute and share ideas in a team environment to achieve individual, team and company goals
  • Knowledge and experience in the municipal bond industry is a plus
  • Able to use word processing, spreadsheet software, databases and the Internet
  • Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, care and accuracy in completing tasks
  • Strong interpersonal skills to create and maintain positive relationships with team, clients and others
  • Able to demonstrate clear and concise written and oral communication skills
  • Able to manage multiple work activities and uneven workloads in a fast-paced environment
  • Prioritizes tasks and organizes work so that deadlines are met, and essential work is completed¬†
  • Able to recognize and pursue opportunities for professional development
