Job Description

We are retained on a Director of Marketing opportunity for a small SaaS company in the south Metro. Our client has a great product and very high retention (90% of revenue is generated by existing customers).

This is role is very high-growth and net-new customer focused, a "digital transformation" opportunity as the company is for the most part, old school. 

The Director of Marketing will report directly to the CEO.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Build and execute high quality demand generation programs through a variety of channels including email, SEO, PPC, website, social media, webinar, digital, events, and traditional tactics
  • Track, measure, analyze and improve ROI by campaign to drive investment decisions and marketing effectiveness.
  • Understand our customers (how they buy and their buying criteria) and seek competitive intelligence articulate value proposition
  • Collaborate with customers to create compelling case studies and turn into effective sales enablement materials including pitch decks, case studies, data sheets, videos, and more

Skills Needed:

  • 8+ years of B2B demand creation programs targeting the industry
  • 6+ years of experience with marketing programs such as webinars, email, PPC, content syndication and PPL
  • Background of generating pipeline with sales vs leads
