Job Description

We are looking for a Director of Growth Marketing to optimize the marketing engine and ensure our client is exceeding their pipeline and revenue targets. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to build out product-lead growth funnel approaches for two new products, develop go-to-market strategies, and lead the effort to determine the right marketing mix, website flow, and calls-to-action.


The Director of Growth Marketing will report directly to the VP of Marketing and have 4 direct reports to start, with the plan to double the team in the next 6-8 months.

 

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Establish and iterate KPIs and goals for enterprise and commercial funnels across every stage of the sales cycle
  • Refine marketing attribution models and continually analyze marketing campaigns and channels to determine which efforts to adjust and scale
  • Build and execute demand generation programs through multiple channels (email, SEO, PPC, social, webinar, events, digital, traditional etc.)
  • Optimize the marketing tech stack, own vendor relationships, and onboard new partners
  • Work with marketing stakeholders to set goals, implement tracking, and measure performance and ROI for marketing programs and campaigns
  • Continuously run marketing experiments, A/B testing, etc. across all marketing channels
  • Own the marketing engine and measurement framework
  • Communicate marketing plans, strategy, and results to senior leadership
  • Grow and scale a marketing team of passionate and driven professionals 

 

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 8+ years of demand generation or growth marketing experience at a B2B SaaS company needed
  • Experience marketing to enterprise and SMB/consumers highly preferred
  • Must be a collaborative leader with experience coaching, leading, and scaling a highly skilled team
  • Deep digital marketing knowledge with experience owning website optimization and expertise in channels such as search, display, email, etc.
  • Strong analytical, decision-making and project management skills
  • Marketing automation a must and expert-level skills in Salesforce needed
  • Storyteller at heart, excellent verbal, and written communication skills necessary
  • Entrepreneurial attitude, self-motivated and highly results-driven in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
  • Strong creative thinker with critical thinking and consultative skills
