Job Description:

The Head of Marketing will play an integral role in driving revenue across channels and markets. This role will oversee all demand generation and fulfillment channels (SEO/SEM, Marketing Automation, Social Media, website, etc.) This position will report directly to the CEO.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute a scalable demand generation strategy to increase pipeline and revenue
  • Design and implement highly integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital and offline channels include but not limited to: PPC, SEO, Social, E-mail, Display)
  • Produce compelling content and conversion pathways from the database to generate leads
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales and Business Development team to drive innovation and pipeline
  • Drive the strategy and processes for testing and conversion optimization
  • Own the marketing automation implementation (project roadmap, tools, reporting, dashboards, data infrastructure, technology selection)
  • Evaluate, track and report on marketing performance measures to continually improve ROI

 

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 10+ years of marketing experience, 5+ years of demand generation or lead generation
  • Experience leading and managing a small marketing team of direct reports
  • Marketing Automation a must and expert-level skills in Salesforce highly preferred
  • Strong analytical, decision-making and project management skills
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, influence and leadership skills a must
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
