Our client is seeking a motivated and visionary Director of Marketing to lead the development and implementation of omnichannel marketing strategies. The company is located in MN, but this position can be remote. If you're a passionate and experienced brand marketer with a data-focused mindset, this is the role for you!
This is a new position within a growing organization and industry. The Director of Marketing will be responsible for omnichannel marketing strategy: digital, retail (in-store), print, tradeshows, events and promotional activities. The Marketing Leader must be data-directed, providing creative and innovative ways to drive user acquisition, engage and retain customers. Remote available.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of marketing programs: go-to-market, digital, social media, traditional, media, D2C, instore retail and demand gen
- Customer insights and research
- Measure and analyze campaign results, refining and optimizing accordingly to meet defined trackable KPIs.
- Manage P&L
- Work with sales teams to develop new promotional activities and industry specific tradeshows/events.
- Manage and oversee all marketing vendor partnerships. Media, design, content, etc..
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years experience in developing and implementing marketing programs: digital, email, print, social, events
- Customer centric, marketing performance, campaign/data reporting experience.
- Preferred experience in a hobby-related industry, retail, DTC, consumer goods and supplies.
- Demonstrates a continuous desire to understand and implement industry best practices and trends.
- Preferred experiencing managing and growing a team.
- Creative, innovative, and collaborative with strong communication and relationship building skills.
- Must be open to some local and national travel (US locations).
