Executive Assistant 

Worksite Location: Mendota Heights, MN - Hybrid

Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000 + Bonus

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Manage complex, high-volume executive calendars, prioritizing meetings and ensuring alignment with business priorities across multiple time zones
• Coordinate and book all aspects of domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and detailed itineraries
• Serve as the primary point of contact for scheduling internal and external meetings, ensuring seamless coordination and communication
• Lead planning and execution of high-profile events, including President’s Club and National Sales Meetings
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to coordinate venues, lodging, transportation, and event logistics
• Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and follow-ups to support executive effectiveness
• Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve scheduling, travel, and logistical challenges
• Support special projects and provide administrative support to enhance operational efficiency

Required Skills & Experience:
• 7+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leadership in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced calendaring expertise with the ability to manage competing priorities and shifting deadlines
• Strong experience coordinating complex domestic and international travel
• Proven experience planning and executing large-scale corporate events (e.g., President’s Club, Sales Meetings)
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and calendar management tools (Outlook, Google Calendar, etc.)
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and build strong relationships across all levels of the organization
