Field Recruiter
The Field Recruiter is responsible for leading full-cycle recruiting and onboarding efforts to support specific Field Technician hiring needs. This role partners closely with hiring managers, Field Service leadership, and the broader HR team to develop strategic recruiting plans, build technician talent pipelines, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. The ideal candidate brings strong relationship management skills, knowledge of skilled-trades labor markets, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Worksite Location: Hybrid - Wixom, MI
Salary Range: $80,000-$90,000

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers and Field leadership to assess technician talent needs and fill open Field positions
- Deliver a strong candidate experience, particularly for individuals entering the Field Service Technician Program
- Research and implement new sourcing strategies for active and passive candidates
- Build recruiting channels through trade programs, community colleges, industry networks, and other targeted sources
- Support employer branding initiatives, including pay-per-click campaigns to promote technician programs
- Serve as super-user of the company ATS, including posting roles, processing candidates, and training new users
- Develop proactive talent pipelines to support program growth
- Support onboarding activities to ensure smooth new hire transitions
- Conduct regular follow-ups with managers to evaluate recruiting effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and recruiting best practices
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume skilled-trades or field-based technician environments
- Strong relationship management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience with offer negotiation and knowledge of employment legislation and labor market trends
- Experience leveraging social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and recruiting technologies
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance related to recruiting
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
