Head of B2B Marketing (ID:42645)
We are retained on a Head of B2B Marketing role for our Healthtech client.
We are looking for a strong and versatile B2B Marketing Leader to join our client’s growing team. In this role, you will lead the B2B function, manage 5-6 direct reports, and oversee all marketing strategies, demand generation, branding, and product marketing activities for the healthcare industry. You will work cross-functionally with sales and product teams to effectively lead campaigns, launch new features, and generate inbound interest.

The ideal candidate will have a knack for using messaging, positioning, content, and storytelling to increase performance of marketing programs. In addition, we’re looking for a growth-minded marketer who’s both strategic and execution-oriented. You will report directly to the CRO, be part of the senior leadership team, while also being hands-on and in the weeds alongside your team.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Build a nationwide network of healthcare providers, making healthcare accessible, convenient, and transparent
  • Develop and manage marketing strategies across inbound channels
  • Work across the product, sales, and support teams to craft marketing programs that generate sales pipeline, product adoption, and revenue
  • Oversee demand generation execution across all internal and external marketing channels, including but not limited to events, email, SEO, SEM, website, paid & organic social, webinars, paid media, and traditional ad tactics
  • Gather and synthesize customer feedback and research to improve marketing communication and product development
  • Define product positioning through brand leadership with various segments of customers that in turn shape marketing message and sales pitch
  • Track, analyze, and report on all relevant performance metrics

Required Skills & Experience:
  • 8-10+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a focus on demand generation and product marketing
  • B2B SaaS and/or Healthtech industry experience a must
  • Proven track record of developing, executing, and scaling multi-channel GTM programs
  • Ability to translate market research and data into effective marketing campaigns
  • Storyteller at heart with experience thinking strategically about messaging, branding, and product positioning
  • Analytical mindset, data and metrics driven yet personable and collaborative
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, influence, and leadership skills needed
  • Entrepreneurial attitude, self-motivated and highly results-driven in a fast-paced environment
