Job Description

Our client is looking for an an HRBP Consultant to join them for a 5+ month engagement. This an HRBP  will develop, implement and evaluate organizational design solutions including succession planning, compensation structure and more. This HRBP will be hands on  during this project, for example creating job descriptions that align with new succession and compensation plans. This HRBP will partner with our client to execute their vision for the future growth of the company through strategic partnership and hands-on creativity. 

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Partners with executives to create and manage implementation of major organizational design projects based on completed assessments
  • Develop and implement organization strategies that support improved organizational design and service delivery
  • Manage the development of frameworks that support improved client organizational design and alignment
  • Develop and maintain key internal/external relationships, which may include: business leaders, hiring managers, business/function human resource professionals, industry contacts, employees and other key stakeholders
  • Recommend communication and change management strategies and tactics for implementing proposed organizational changes
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers by being proactive, responsive and encouraging teamwork

 

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Organizational Development, or related field
  • 5+ years of HRBP experience with some Organizational Design experience preferred 
  • Strong consulting skills with a client-focused mind-set; building valuable relationships and collaboration
  • Excellent business acumen, project management, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels in the organization - formally and informally
  • Ability to organize projects, prioritize workflow, and complete multiple tasks accurately and in a timely manner
