HR Business Partner
The Human Resource Business Partner will serve as a strategic leader within the Human Capital team, responsible for building strong partnerships across the organization and advising leaders on talent, culture, performance, and compliance. This role fosters a positive and inclusive work environment, ensures fair and consistent HR practices, and plays a critical role in aligning HR programs with business objectives. The ideal candidate brings strong business acumen, employee relations expertise, and the ability to coach and influence at all levels of the organization.
Worksite Location: Hybrid - Eden Prairie, MN
Salary Range: $110,000-$130,000 + Bonus

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Establish strong partnerships with Corporate and Commercial business leaders to understand strategic priorities and workforce needs
- Collaborate with and coach managers to strengthen leadership capabilities, team effectiveness, communication, and performance management practices
- Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations, compliance, and complex workplace matters
- Promote and influence strategic organizational objectives to align HR programs with business goals
- Lead discussions focused on talent development, succession planning, and organizational culture
- Support managers through change management and reorganization efforts
- Provide data-driven insights, analytics, and industry benchmarks to support business decisions
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, wage and hour regulations, and employment laws (Title VII, FLSA, OSHA, FMLA, COBRA, etc.)
- Partner with Talent Acquisition on recruitment strategies for supported business units
- Contribute proactively to core HR processes including performance evaluations, salary reviews, and talent development initiatives
- Support Total Rewards initiatives including employee benefits, leave programs, retirement plans, and related compliance matters
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Minimum 7 years of progressive HR experience, including employee relations, recruitment, wage and hour compliance, and employment law
- Strong knowledge of major employment laws and HR best practices
- Demonstrated experience coaching managers and influencing leadership
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to analyze data and use insights to support strategic recommendations
- Proven ability to manage change and drive organizational effectiveness
