HR Business Partner (ID:41365)
Join an exciting company in the power sports industry as a strategic HR Business Partner. This position is multi-faceted and will have a diverse focus on recruitment, employee relations, compliance, KPI, HR regulation, compensation and benefits and process improvement.

This position will work very closely with the HR Director to effectively execute on company wide HR strategy. The role is hybrid.

 

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Performs all aspects of recruitment to attract top talent including creating job postings, screening candidates, scheduling and conducting interviews, checking references and preparing job offers
  • Partners with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and recommend recruitment strategies and assist with the hiring decisions
  • Ensures the accurate and timely completion of new hire forms, policy acknowledgements and trainings
  • Assists in the development of behavioral based interview materials
  • Ensures compliance with Local, State and Federal employment laws
  • Oversees Worker’s Compensation and leads Safety Committee
  • Assists in the administration of disability, FMLA and workers’ compensation leaves / claims
  • Assists with planning employee engagement events
  • Work with leaders to establish key performance indicators for their departments and employees
  • Collaborates with HR Director and business leaders on the performance evaluation program and compensation review
  • Supports new hire onboarding and training initiatives
  • Partners with leaders to address personnel issues and assists in
  • Assists in the development, implementation and maintenance of policies and procedures
  • Provides administrative support for all HR functions
  • Keeps up to date on knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes and technologies in employment law and human resources
  • Demonstrates integrity and serves as a role model in showing trust, honesty and maintaining high professional standards
  • Serves as an adviser to employees and leaders with human resources policies and procedures
  • Other duties as required


Required Skills and Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5-7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience supporting various levels of leaders and employee teams
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
