Seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Director to lead the HR department. The HR Director will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives of the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management within the manufacturing industry and a proven track record of driving organizational success through effective HR practices.

Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent for the organization.
  • Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
  • Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
  • Manage the employee training and development process to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  • Coordinate with department managers to ensure workforce planning and staffing needs are met.
  • Lead initiatives to promote employee engagement and a positive work culture.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR management.

Required Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Three years of human resource management experience preferred.
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP highly desired.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working in the manufacturing industry is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Able to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS and talent management systems.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.
  • Able to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
