Our client is looking for an HR Generalist with outstanding analytical and communication skills. In this role as an HR generalist, you’ll have the opportunity to put your talent for conceptual thinking and fantastic organizational and conflict management skills on full display. If you have an aptitude for negotiation and a passion for problem-solving skills while multitasking in a fast-paced environment, this is the job for you. Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for providing day to day support regarding human resources and aligning business objectives with employees, managers, and leadership
  • Interact effectively and professionally in all employee relations, always projecting a professional image and maintaining the highest degree of confidentiality
  • Assist in benefits administration, including annual open enrollment, and assist employees with questions or concerns, claims resolution, change reporting, COBRA, LOA, etc.
  • Partner with hiring managers on full cycle recruiting efforts including posting, screening, and interviewing support
  • Assist with training development and execution
  • Maintain HRIS records and compile reports from the database
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment and benefits laws and regulations
  • Responsible for handling intake and collaborating with managers on all employee relations issues


Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3-5+ years of hands-on Human Resources experience
  • Coaching approach to working with employees and managers at all levels of the organization
  • Experience conducting employee relations investigations
  • HRIS experience required
  • Ability to interact and influence at all levels of the organization with confidence while building trust and support
  • Must possess highly proficient written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to respond to continually changing priorities and coordinate multiple projects
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong customer service, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to balance working independently while being a collaborative team member
