Our client is looking for a HR Generalist with outstanding analytical and communication skills. In this role as a HR Generalist, you’ll have the opportunity to put your talent for conceptual thinking and fantastic organizational and conflict management skills on full display. Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate annual HR processes such as talent planning, annual performance reviews, bonus plans, compensation process
  • Manage employee relations issues with oversight from HRBP or HR Generalist
  • Coordinate hiring, onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Liaison with Talent Acquisition team to ensure candidates are consistently in the correct stage of the recruiting process
  • Manage Leave of Absence processes
  • Support benefits administration including open enrollment and benefits enrollment system
  • Work with external benefits vendors, including working closely with benefits broker
  • Streamline processes and document new SOPs
  • Primary backup for payroll processing
  • Generate, organize, and distribute HR reports, scorecards, and dashboards
  • Draft, coordinate, and distribute business unity HR and Talent Acquisition communication
  • Process invoices, maintain records, and complete projects
  • Coordinate HR meetings and special events

       

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ years of Human Resources experience
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Experience with Workday preferred
  • Demonstrated initiative and drive with a strong desire and ability to learn
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service focus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong planning skills with the ability to follow through
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple, competing priorities
  • Prior experience with payroll processing, HRIS reporting, and benefits administration preferred
  • Critical thinking, analytical, and conceptual problem-solving skills
