HR Manager (ID:41780)
Looking for an HR professional with a positive and approachable demeanor. This exciting role offers the opportunity to elevate the HR function by bringing in new and exciting ideas.
The Human Resource Business Partner is primarily responsible for human resource administration.  Positive attitude, a professional disposition, excellent customer service, and an ability to complete workload in a timely manner are critical aspects to succeed in this position. The HR Manager will report to the president of the company while running the entire HR Department.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Human Resources:
    • Assist in the hiring process (interviewing, assessments, screening, etc.)
    • Handle new employee onboarding
    • Assist with performance evaluations, improvement plans, and disciplinary actions
    • Coordinate benefit plan administration (health, 401(k), ESOP, dental, life, etc.)
    • Facilitate staff communications regarding personnel and HR matters
    • Implement programs intended to foster a positive work environment for TSC employees, both in-office and remote employees
    • Maintain personnel files and track PTO balances
    • Develop and maintain TSC’s employee policies (employee handbook, etc.)
    • Coordinate and implement employee events (holiday parties, busy season happenings, staff retreats and outings, etc.)
    • Maintain and enhance human resource skills by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations
  • Leadership and Supervision:
    • Provide training and direction for new and existing employees
    • Evaluate performance and provide feedback for business office employees
    • Represent TSC positively and be an advocate for TSC in all interactions
  • Business Development:
    • Identify opportunities for improvements to our company
    • Help other TSC employees when needed
    • Maintain TSC’s tools, TSCNet, etc.
    • Affect changes that benefit TSC
  • Perform other tasks and projects assigned
