Job Description

Our global client is looking for a HRBP to join their team for a 3+ month par-time engagement. This part-time engagement will be about 25-30 hours per week. This HRBP should have experience leveraging best practices in change communication within a global organization. Our client is in the middle of strategic changes and they would like a HRBP to partner with them to help manage the day-to-day HR function coupled with crafting organizational communications. This HRBP should be comfortable working with employees at all levels of a global organization in order to partner with key stakeholders to ensure change management best practices are utilized.

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Complete organizational assessments using a variety of proven methods to discover and solve complex organizational issues and contribute to new growth opportunities
  • Will provide strategic HR counsel and coaching to business leaders in supporting the business to achieve their strategic objectives
  • Partner with the business when dealing with the overall people strategy including such areas as performance reviews, organizational design, change management, leadership and employee development, talent acquisition, compensation strategies, talent management, employee relations and processes such as recruiting
  • Recommend communication and change management strategies and tactics for implementing proposed organizational changes
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers by being proactive, responsive and encouraging teamwork
  • Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance

 

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or a related discipline
  • 7+ years HR Business Partner experience
  • Experience working in a high-growth organization
  • Preferred experience creating and implementing change management communications across a global organization
  • Ability to work in ambiguous situations, assessing, researching, analyzing and developing solutions
  • Consultative, coaching mindset
  • Ability to influence and communicate at all levels of the organization
  • Able to work with sensitive, confidential information; a high level of demonstrated discretion and judgement is required Skilled at conflict management and resolution, and creative problem solving
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Partner with key stakeholders and internal partners to facilitate the employee engagement survey and performance planning process
  • Proactive with high level of engagement, responsiveness and execution
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization
