Job Description

Reporting the head of Human Resources, the Human Resources Business Partner works with business leaders locally and globally to ensure performance and culture goals are met and create a foundation for continued growth. The person in this role will work on strategic objectives as well as deliver through tactical execution and be the primary HR resource for leaders within the assigned business units.

  • Partner with business unit leaders to deliver results through people
  • Identify the need for process improvement and hold leaders accountable
  • Determine the need for HR related activities and drive those needs through the business to demonstrate value and need for improvements
  • Deliver enhanced employee engagement, reduced turnover and an overall employee experience which is envied across the Country
  • Deliver talent reviews, succession planning and development across business units that creates a sustainable pipeline
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure the talent pipeline process starts at the interview and is integrated through the employee lifecycle
  • Engage in M&A work to assess cultural fit, employee integration and harmonization to realize the possibilities of each M&A experience.  Create and execute on a standard platform of tools replicated in all M&A activities
  • Partner across businesses to deliver effective organization structures that supports growth
  • Coach business leaders to continue their development and the development of the organization
  • Support the organization in change management activities as they transform and create new opportunities
  • Travel to various Company offices

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree; or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of experience as a human resources business partner/human resources manager

Additional Qualifications

  • Experience leading and/or facilitating large scale and effective change initiatives while managing pace
  • Excellent communication skills and executive presence to interact effectively with employees at all levels
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving, creative, and collaborative environment
  • Provide guidance and problem-solving skills to overcome challenges faced in strategy execution and business operations
  • Lead cross functional work teams as required to achieve results
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills; demonstrated ability to conduct high level needs analysis to identify skill gaps and needs across critical talent segments
  • Ability to conduct complex process facilitation; Experience with virtual delivery and tools preferred
  • Program management and implementation experience
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and carry out well-defined assignments according to established guidelines with little to no supervision
  • Ability to recognize and diagnose issues, work in teams, and leverage the resources of other related practices to address client challenges
  • Lead by example on accountability, influencing, and effectively managing change in complex organizations
  • Understand agile principles and design thinking
