Job Description

Job Description: This role is responsible for developing and executing a complete sales cycle for a singular product offering.  In this role, a person will be building and executing a plan, following a successful sales process and closing business in order to grow revenue.

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a plan that will result in growing overall revenue
  • Prospect potential customers and develop opportunities
  • Gain understanding of the buying cycle for the customers
  • Manage the sales process from start to finish
  • Participate in hands-on professional development
  • Provide accurate pipeline reports to senior leadership

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 2-year degree is required
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals
  • 3+ years of inside sales experience
  • Ability to identify potential opportunities and then go get them
  • Proficient knowledge of how to use Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to succeed in a highly metric driven environment

 

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • 4-year degree preferred
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry is preferred
  • Software sales experience is preferred
