Inside Sales Rep

Our client has been providing solutions into multiple industries for over 35 years. They manufacture sensors and electronics used in a variety of end-user customers and OEMs. They are looking to add a highly technical inside sales professional to add to the team.

Job Description

This role is responsible for developing and executing a complete sales cycle.  Building and executing a plan, following a successful sales process, continuing to develop their skills, and performing accurate forecasting for future years. 

Roles & Responsibilities:
•    Develop and execute a plan that will result in growing overall revenue for the company
•    Prospect potential customers and develop opportunities
•    Have highly technical conversations with engineers and other technical buyers
•    Manage the sales process from start to finish
•    Participate in hands-on professional development 
•    Provide accurate pipeline reports to senior leadership

Required Skills & Experience:
•    4-year degree is required
•    Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals 
•    3+ years of sales experience
•    High level of technical aptitude in the world of manufacturing
•    Proficient knowledge of how to use Microsoft Office products
•    Ability to succeed in a highly metric driven environment
