Job Description

Responsible for the delivery of 1: many (working with a group of advisors) and 1:1 (working with individual advisors) tactics driving systems and process change in the field organization.

Partner with field leadership and regional leader teams to build plans, develop measures, and align on segmentation strategies.

Participate as an active member of a regional team.

Support the installation, uptake and adoption of large change initiatives in the field through targeted advisor interactions, field leader connections and group training.

Drive advisor practice efficiencies, conduct 1:1 coaching/small group training and on-site support, deliver national virtual training and training at events.

Support development for new tool, process, or initiatives for installation manager team. Understand a wide range of technical systems and processes, set up systems to understand changes to systems and processes.

Partner and support Sr Manager role as training content Subject Matter Expert to provide input to AWM field training team when developing tool and process-related content.

Proven experience in developing and progressing levels of technical skill.

Strong project management experience, problem solving skills, and analytical skillset required to build robust measurement processes including predictive evaluation, tracking and reporting.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, relationship building, collaboration and flexibility. Highly dedicated to providing top quality customer service.

Experience with live learning delivery preferred Experience with Ameriprise tools a plus including eForms manager, Online Client Experience, Client Viewer, Ameriprise Brokerage Platform, Paperless Office, AdvisorCompass site.

Experience working with Ameriprise Field audiences with subject matter expertise in financial planning, marketing or business management.
