Our client is seeking an Interim College Recruiter to join their team role. This role requires a seasoned HR professional with excellent project management and detail-oriented skills, who can relate to college students and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Worksite Location: Minneapolis, MN– Hybrid Opportunity; Seeking Minnesota / Twin Cities based candidate only.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute college recruitment strategies to attract top talent from universities and colleges.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of college students and recent graduates.
  • Build strong relationships with college career centers, professors, and student organizations.
  • Coordinate and manage campus recruitment events, career fairs, and internship programs.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities are executed precisely, maintaining a high level of detail and organization.
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for college students, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
  • Foster a positive candidate experience, ensuring timely and effective communication with all applicants.
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and recruitment needs, demonstrating flexibility and resilience.
  • Manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful completion.
  • Stay current with trends in college recruitment and leverage innovative approaches to attract top talent.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Proven HR experience focusing on recruitment, ideally in a college recruitment role.
  • Excellent project management and detail-oriented skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate to and engage with college students.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset and a proactive approach.
