Our client is seeking an Interim Compensation Consultant to join their team. This role requires extensive experience managing various compensation programs, excellent communication skills with leaders, and a collaborative team spirit. Worksite Location: Minneapolis, MN–Hybrid Opportunity; Seeking Minnesota / Twin Cities based candidate only.

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage various compensation programs, including bonuses, merit increases, and equity plans.
  • Conduct detailed analyses and assessments to ensure competitive and equitable compensation structures.
  • Provide clear and transparent communication to leaders regarding pay policies, compensation structures, and transparency initiatives.
  • Advise and support leaders in making informed compensation decisions that align with company goals and strategies.
  • Work closely with a small, dedicated team to ensure cohesive and effective compensation practices.
  • Share insights and collaborate on projects to drive continuous improvement in compensation strategies.

 

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in managing compensation programs, including bonuses, merit increases, and equity plans.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to leaders.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively in a small team environment.
  • Proactive and results-driven approach to compensation management.
