Interim HR Manager

Our client is looking for an HR Manager to help run the daily HR functions. The ideal candidate will be an adaptable self-starter who gets excited to utilize HR best practices and strategy to help our client continue thriving and growing their business through proactive recruitment strategies. This HR Manager should have a genuine passion for Human Resources function and empowering employees by supporting the entire organization.

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between employees and management to answer questions or concerns regarding company policies, practices or benefits programs
  • Serve as the point person for employees’ payroll, benefits and Human Resources questions
  • Ability to work with onboarding new employees to ensure completion of required documentation, testing and manage position posting / advertisements
  • Administer the internal job posting system by posting open jobs and sharing through online recruiting resources such as LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
  • Carries out full-cycle recruitment for manufacturing positions and other positions in the company
  • Effectively communicates with employees regarding various employee and company programs, policies, and other updates
  • Assists in developing and implementing human resource operations plans, policies, procedures, and goals

 

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in an HR Manager function
  • Experience working with and using UKG
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred
  • Coaching approach to working with employees across the organization
  • Ability to respond to continually changing priorities and coordinate multiple projects
  • Strong computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong customer service, interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to balance working independently with being a collaborative team member
  • Major plus if fluent in Spanish
