The Interim Recruiter will support the Talent Acquisition team during a period of sustained, high-volume hiring needs through the end of the year. This consultant will manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of healthcare and operational roles, with a primary focus on supporting the a designated region within the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter who is comfortable jumping in quickly, adapting to changing priorities, and delivering results in a fast-moving environment.

Worksite Location: Hybrid - Minneapolis, MN

Salary Range: Hourly rate between $33-$40, DOE

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume roles including caregivers, nurses, program managers, and program directors
Support hiring needs for the Midwest region while collaborating closely with the broader TA team
Source, screen, and engage candidates using multiple channels including Indeed, LinkedIn, and other job boards
Partner with internal stakeholders to understand hiring priorities and adjust quickly as needs evolve
Maintain accurate candidate tracking and reporting within various ATS platforms
Step in where needed to support team capacity and ensure hiring goals are met

Required Skills & Experience:

Proven high-volume recruiting experience; healthcare recruiting strongly preferred
Strong full-cycle recruiting background across a variety of roles and levels
Experience working with multiple ATS platforms and job boards such as Indeed
Ability to pivot quickly, manage competing priorities, and deliver fast results
Strong communication and collaboration skills with a team-first mindset
Passion for recruiting and alignment with a mission-driven healthcare organization
