Our exciting client is seeking a dedicated Interim Recruiter to join their team. This role requires experience in high-volume and non-high-volume recruiting, a process-driven approach, and the determination to manage a demanding recruitment workload. We want to hear from you if you have the grit and grind to excel in a fast-paced environment.

Worksite Location: Minneapolis, MN–Hybrid Opportunity; Seeking Minnesota / Twin Cities based candidate only.

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for both high-volume and specialized roles.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure a strong talent pipeline.
  • Tailor recruiting strategies to meet the varying demands of different positions.
  • Implement and follow structured recruiting processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Maintain a high level of discretion when handling sensitive candidate information.
  • Use data-driven insights to improve recruitment practices continuously.
  • Demonstrate resilience and determination in managing a high volume of recruiting tasks.
  • Stay motivated and focused, even when faced with challenging recruitment goals.
  • Balance multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in both high-volume and non-high-volume recruiting.
  • Strong process orientation with the ability to follow and improve structured recruiting procedures.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated resilience and determination to manage a demanding recruitment workload.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools and HRIS systems.
