As a high-volume Recruiter, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and recruiting top candidates for entry and mid-level roles, primarily focused on Account Manager/Representative positions. The role will include actively building a pipeline of talent, working closely with hiring managers, and providing a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. 

Worksite Location: Bloomington, MN—Hybrid, 1 day a week onsite; ONLY Minnesota/Twin Cities-based candidates will be considered. 

 

Roles & Responsibilities: 

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for high-volume roles. 
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent for customer service and collections positions. 
  • Source candidates using various job boards, networks, and social media platforms. 
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to meet staffing needs and advise on best hiring practices. 
  • Track, analyze, and report on recruitment metrics to ensure goals are met. 
  • Assist with the pre-employment process, including background checks and drug testing. 
  • Ensure recruitment practices align with company brand and compliance standards. 


Required Skills & Experience: 

  • 1-3 years of high-volume recruiting experience, preferably in customer service, collections, or financial services. 
  • Strong sourcing skills, particularly using Indeed and other job boards. 
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and data tracking. 
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills. 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
