We seek a part-time Interim Sourcer (20 hours a week) to join our internal team and support our growing organization's recruitment efforts. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to our team's success and help shape our future workforce. As an Interim Sourcer, you will collaborate closely with the HR Director to drive internal hiring priorities, creatively source talent, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Worksite Location: St. Louis Park, MN – Hybrid (1 day onsite per week). Only Minnesota/Twin Cities based candidates will be considered.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage job postings on the company website, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools to build talent pipelines for internal hiring needs

Review resumes and screen candidates, scheduling interviews in collaboration with the HR Director

Maintain accurate records of candidate progress, recruitment activities, and job postings in Bullhorn ATS

Evaluate candidate skills, experience, and qualifications to align with organizational needs

Provide exceptional communication and service to candidates, maintaining a strong focus on the candidate experience

Collaborate with internal teams to align sourcing strategies with company goals and priorities

Adapt quickly to changes and manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment
Required Skills & Experience:

Experience sourcing and recruiting for agency or sales-related roles in a fast-paced environment

Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively, adapting to dynamic team needs

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a high level of attention to detail

Experience working with ATS systems, preferably Bullhorn, and LinkedIn Recruiter

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
