The Interim Sr. Compensation Analyst will support compensation operations, salary planning, market pricing, and reporting during a temporary period. This role will focus on compensation analysis, system administration, testing, survey participation, and pay modeling while partnering closely with HR and compensation stakeholders. The ideal consultant can quickly step into an established environment and provide hands-on support across compensation programs and processes.

Worksite Location: Hybrid – St. Paul, MN

Salary Range: Hourly rate between $40-$50, DOE

Roles & Responsibilities:

Support salary planning, compensation administration, and annual compensation processes
Conduct market pricing, benchmarking, and compensation analysis
Assist with compensation reporting, pay range modeling, and pay equity reviews
Support compensation survey participation and market data management
Perform testing and validation activities within compensation systems
Partner with HR and compensation stakeholders on compensation-related projects
Develop reports, dashboards, and compensation insights for business leaders
Maintain compensation data integrity and support process improvements
Assist with job evaluations and compensation program administration

Required Skills & Experience:

Proven compensation analysis experience
Strong experience with compensation reporting, market pricing, and benchmarking
Hands-on Workday Compensation experience required
Experience supporting salary planning and compensation cycles
Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical capabilities
Experience working with compensation survey and market pricing tools
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Excellent communication and stakeholder partnership skills
