Our client is looking for an HR Business Partner (HRBP) who can help align their organization’s people strategy with its business strategy. If you are passionate about helping people, can be an administrative expert but also an agent of change, you are the strategic partner we’ve been looking for. Together with our client’s line managers, you’ll help set priorities, drive values, and deliver key business results.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a business partner to Operations, providing strategic human resources counsel to drive the successful execution of business strategies to optimize talent, structure, process and culture
  • Bring dedicated experience in supporting business operations, preferably within manufacturing plant environments
  • Partner with leadership to develop solutions, programs, and policies to address business issues
  • Provide support and coaching for business leaders on people management and development
  • Collaborate with HR centers of excellence to execute talent management efforts, including talent review, succession planning, performance enablement, talent calibration, compensation planning, etc.
  • Promote affirmative action and diversity initiatives by building a diverse workforce and educating others on the value of diversity in the workplace
  • Assist in the development and implementation of human resources policies and procedures to meet organizational needs and comply with state and federal laws

Required Skills & Experience:
  • 8+ years of relevant HR experience 
  • Strategic and critical thinking, conflict resolution and decision-making skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative nature
  • Proven planning, organization, and prioritization skills
  • Ability to instill trust and influence across all levels
  • Strong business acumen
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Understanding of HR best practices and current regulation
  • Professional HR (PHR) or Senior Professional HR (SPHR) certifications preferred, but not required
  • Workday experience preferred
