Our client is looking for a Recruiter to join their team for a 3+ month contract. This consultant should have experience recruiting for experience recruiting for Nursing roles and/or clinical-based roles. This exciting role will provide the organization with full-cycle recruiting efforts and recruiting process support. The ideal candidate will enjoy working independently and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver an awesome candidate experience. This consultant must be flexible in their approach to work while balancing multiple requisitions and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Experience partnering with leaders, hiring managers, and team members to identify the right talent
  • Organization and multitasking abilities between sourcing, screening, interviewing, and scheduling.
  • Develop thoughtful, comprehensive, position-specific search strategies that leverage best-practice recruiting methodologies and incorporate inclusive hiring methods
  • Ensure an understanding of job duties, responsibilities, and business requirements for positions that require recruitment
  • Utilize a consultative approach for sourcing, assessment, and selection to recruit qualified candidates for strategic needs
  • Collaborate with hiring managers, full-cycle recruiters, and candidates to keep communication channels open and flowing during the recruiting process
  • Develop proactive sourcing techniques, including mining resumes, selling the positions to potential candidates, networking and contacting recruiting sources, and attracting the best candidates
  • Act as the first point of contact for candidates and company brand ambassador

 

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Must have experience recruiting for Nursing roles and/or clinical-based roles.
  • Demonstrated success with sourcing methods and techniques
  • Excellent communication, relationship building, and consulting skills with the ability to lead by influence
  • Ability to be a self-starter and work independently
  • Demonstrated team attitude and proactive approach to work
  • Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Self-sufficient and a go-getter who utilizes a variety of resources
